We are looking for pre-screened candidates for – Menomonee falls, WI for Test Automation with strong Selenium, Java, BDD, Cucumber framework.
· There will be a pre-screening call by our panelists. 30 – 60 minutes conversation.
· LinkedIn ID must for all profiles
o Double check that you have strong JAVA coding skills, API Test Automation, Hands-on experience in developing BDD/TDD and Retail domain knowledge.
1)Proficiency in core Java
2) Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium
3) Good knowledge of Cucumber framework is a plus
4) Experience in REST API automation
5) Should have experience in working with DevOps to integrate the scripts with the CI/CD pipeline
6) Should have strong communication skills
7) Should be able to elicit the test requirement and derive test scenarios
8) Assign work to offshore team and get the review their deliverables
9) Status reporting to the customer
Questionnaire:
-Explain a couple of scenario that you have automated recently and how you did it ? (should not be login page…should be real time example form project)
-How do you estimate in Sprint from a automation standpoint?
-Have you done backend automation? Like Batch job, DB, JSON/XML etc? If so how did you automate them
-Have you ever done any cloud function automation? If so how did you do it?
-What are basic building block for automation framework?
-Have you done any API automation? If so what kind of library you have used?
-Java questions: As candidate to write code e.g. any String manipulation question using OOPs
